We introduce students to the power of LinkedIn, how to build a basic profile, choose a suitable headshot, use a banner image effectively & begin connecting with people in industries that interest them.
Navigating the Job Market
From setting up job board accounts to understanding how application processes work, we demystify the job search & give students tools they can use immediately.
Interview Preparation
We help students see interviews from the employer’s perspective, offering practical ways to prepare, build confidence & communicate their qualities clearly.
Soft Skills & Attitude

One-to-One Coaching for Students
In addition to group workshops, we also offer personalised one-to-one coaching. These sessions give students the space to explore their next steps in more depth & receive tailored guidance that aligns with their ambitions, needs & circumstances. This can be delivered as part of your pastoral or careers support, or as a wraparound service for those at risk of becoming NEET.
